Takedown requests
If you believe this site or something it indexes infringes your rights, email us with:
- The specific URL involved
- The right you are asserting (copyright, trademark, etc.) and your relationship to the work
- Something showing you are the rightsholder or an authorised agent
- How to reach you
We will action valid requests within 72 hours: the reported item comes down first, discussion comes after. You do not have to prove ownership before we remove something — if the identification is specific and checkable, we take it down, then talk.
This applies to third-party case material and prompts indexed on this site as well.
Support
Bought a license key and it will not work? Include these and save us both a round trip:
- The key format (
ALF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX— masking the last four is fine) - Where and roughly when you bought it
- The step you are stuck on, with the error text or a screenshot
