If something breaks after you buy, reply on the same thread. We do not charge for a failed attempt: a consultation is only counted when you actually get an answer.
One consultation is one answer, however long the question. It is not counted per message.
An unused pack is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email us and the full amount is returned; the key is cancelled at the same time.
Once you have used a consultation from a pack, that pack is no longer refundable. The count is per consultation, so a long question costs the same as a short one — you are never surprised by what a message cost.
There is nothing to cancel. Packs are one-time payments: no subscription, no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and no cancellation fee or penalty of any kind.

Your message goes to our server, is combined with a fixed reference library, and is sent to a hosted model API to produce the answer. The site's privacy policy covers the rest; these are the parts specific to this connector:
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a single payment and nothing renews. There is no plan to cancel and no card kept on file by us.
Do the consultations expire?
No. A pack keeps its count until you use it.
Is this therapy or a diagnosis?
Neither. It is perspective and options. It is built to name behaviour patterns without diagnosing anyone, and it will tell you when a question is one a professional should handle instead.
What if I describe something abusive?
The safety tool takes over, gives you real hotline numbers and practical steps, and refuses to hand you a script for managing the person. It is free and it does not count against your pack.
What if it fails or the model is down?
You are not charged. A consultation is counted only when an answer is produced.
Can I share one key with a friend?
Technically yes, and the consultations are drawn from the same pool. It is one key with one count, so sharing means sharing the count.
What if it just does not work for me?
Email within 14 days with the pack unused and we refund it in full.
