By using this site or any tool offered here, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. What we offer
- Free tools — skill files (SKILL.md and supporting documents) you can download and use directly, licensed under the terms shipped with each one.
- License-key services — activated with a key after purchase, giving access to delivery material such as setup guides.
2. Licence scope
Free tools may be used by an individual or a team in their own work. You may modify them and use them in your own projects. You may not:
- resell or redistribute them to third parties, as-is or lightly modified
- sell them as your own product or service, or package them into a multi-tenant offering
- remove attribution or licence notices from the files
The licence file shipped with each tool (LICENSE / EULA) takes precedence over this section; where they conflict, the shipped file governs.
A license key is a single-account licence. Do not share it publicly or move it between accounts. We may deactivate keys where abuse is detected.
3. Your responsibility
What these tools produce is yours to answer for. You are responsible for making sure:
- your output complies with the rules of the platforms you publish to
- you hold the necessary rights to the material you generate from
- your use complies with the terms of whichever compute platform and model provider you use
We are not a party to, and do not mediate, any dispute between you and those platforms.
4. Disclaimer
The tools are provided "as is". We do not warrant that they will suit your particular purpose, or that their output will perform commercially — tools improve efficiency, not outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, these tools.
5. Intellectual property
The tools, documents and original content on this site belong to us or to their respective rights holders.
Third-party material and prompts indexed in the case library remain the property of their original authors. If you are a rightsholder and want something removed, see the takedown process on the contact page — we action valid requests within 72 hours.
6. Refunds
A license key is digital content delivered immediately. Once activated it is non-refundable. Unactivated keys may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
If a key cannot be used for reasons on our side and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
